Privacy Policy
Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Axivozentralix S.A.S. (‘Axivozentralix’, ‘we’ or ‘the site operator’) collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to axivozentralix.com. We comply with Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Act No. 25.326 and the updated guidelines of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) in force in 2026.
1. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email address and message content) and technical data generated automatically during your visit (truncated IP address, device type, operating system, browser language and pages visited). This site does not operate user accounts nor execute financial transactions.
2. Purpose of processing
We use the data exclusively to reply to your enquiries, improve the browsing experience, measure the performance of the site and, with your explicit consent, evaluate the performance of our communication campaigns. We do not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the user’s free, express and informed consent, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and in responding to enquiries. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to our contact address.
4. Retention
Contact form data is kept for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Aggregated technical data is kept for up to fourteen (14) months.
5. Third parties and transfers
We only use third-party services that comply with standards equivalent to Argentine regulation, including Google LLC for measurement tags and Google Ads campaigns, activated solely when you provide consent. Those transfers may involve sending technical data to the United States and to jurisdictions deemed adequate by the AAIP.
6. ARCO+ rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and portability of your personal data by writing to privacy@axivozentralix.com. You may also file complaints before the Agency for Access to Public Information (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA).
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information: TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access control, audit logs and periodic vendor reviews. No transmission method over the Internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Minors
This site is not directed to persons under 18. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe a minor has sent us data, please write to us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. We will publish the current version at this URL with its update date.
